The Needs Assessment Form is a document that guides you through determining goals, specifications, and details for your purchase. This information gathered in this form will aid you in the whole process.

Email the Needs Assessment Form to Purchasing, where a representative from the department will contact you with the next steps. Please do not move forward with any process until you have met with someone from Purchasing.

The RFI is the official document that is posted on the State of RI Purchasing site for vendors to respond to. Send the completed RFI and the Needs Assessment Form to CCRI's Purchasing.
