The mission of the CCRI Faculty Senate Academic Standards and Policy Committee is
to review, develop, and recommend policies and standards that uphold the academic
integrity, quality, and consistency of the College’s instructional programs. The committee
evaluates and proposes policies related to academic standing, grading practices, academic
progress, course and program standards, and other matters affecting academic policy.
In doing so, the committee seeks to promote equitable and transparent academic practices
that support student success and academic freedom while maintaining the rigor and
credibility of CCRI’s academic programs.
