|April 8, 2019||Registration begins for Fall classes|
|Ongoing||Financial Aid determines Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for Fall 2019. Changes to a SAP status may impact financial aid eligibility for the Fall term. Students affected will be notified by email to check their SAP status posted on their MyCCRI account.|
|August 26, 2019||Bookstore authorization will be available to purchase books. Students must provide a CCRI ID to use authorization.|
|September 3, 2019||Classes begin|
|September 20, 2019||Last day for students to use Bookstore authorization.|

Financial Aid begins posting to student accounts. To determine when refunds will be available, go to your MyCCRI portal. Select the "My Account" tab and view the exact dates that disbursements and refunds are processed. Electronic refunds will appear in your bank account within two business days of being posted, paper checks will be received approximately one week later. Third party or other payment sources may require additional processing time. For simple instructions on signing up for ACH (e-refunds) please go to https://www.ccri.edu/bursar/e-refund-sign-up.html
|November 8, 2019||Students that withdraw from all of their courses and have a last date of attendance prior to this date have not earned all of their financial aid. This may result in a debt to the college.|
*Reminder- Some students will not receive all of their refund in one disbursement, if any of the following applies:
Students must accept loan, complete and sign MPN and Entrance Counseling. Once this has been completed, loan funds can be applied to student’s tuition and fees and remaining funds may be authorized for the bookstore. See the CCRI Bookstore Authorization FAQ page for more information.
Reminder: Student must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits) at time of disbursement to remain eligible for Direct Loans.
