Course Information

Why can't I see the course I'm teaching?

Faculty assignment to courses are entered directly into Banner by academic departments. Academic department chairs update Banner to ensure that adjuncts are paid for the courses that they teach and to maintain course assignments for full-time faculty. Courses that have been assigned will appear in the For Faculty tab in myCCRI in the Faculty Dashboard.

Faculty who are unable to see a course in either should first check with their department chair or secretary to verify that Banner has been updated. Once the data has been entered into Banner, it will take 10-15 minutes to show up in the Faculty Dashboard in myCCRI. If the relevant amount of time has passed for either, please contact the Help Desk at x1112 to investigate the issue further.

Why can't I see the student in the course?

Students can be viewed through class rosters through the For Faculty Tab in myCCRI in the Faculty Dashboard. Changes in registration will take 10-15 minutes to show in myCCRI. If the relevant amount of time has passed for either, please contact the Help Desk at x1112 to investigate the issue further.
