If you believe you have been denied fair and equitable treatment in an academic course, please use this form to file an academic grievance. |
To report an allegation of discrimination, harassment, sexual violence or sexual misconduct, please use click “Title IX.” Discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, and sexual misconduct in all its forms should be reported. You may also contact the Title IX Coordinator to report an incident.
