Customer Solutions and Technical Assistance
CCRI, in collaboration with Leadership Rhode Island, Real Jobs Rhode Island and RI Department of Labor and Training, is now accepting resumes for cohort 2 of the Customer Solutions and Technical Assistance Training Program.
Training is free and funded through Real Jobs Rhode Island.
The training prepares participants in a wide range of skills including professionalism and customer service, call center best practices and technology, basic investments and insurance, and more. This program is geared to individuals looking to gain the skills needed for entry-level positions in the insurance and investment industries within a call-center related role.
No experience is necessary and a GED or high school diploma is required. Drug test and background check will be conducted.
Program Dates: February 24 - June 2, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 am-1:30 pm
