CCRI, in collaboration with Leadership Rhode Island, Real Jobs Rhode Island and RI Department of Labor and Training is now accepting resumes for the Customer Solutions Training Program.
Training is free and funded through Real Jobs Rhode Island.
The training prepares participants in a wide range of skills including professionalism and customer service, call center best practices and technology, and more. This program is geared to individuals looking to gain the skills needed for entry-level positions within a call-center related role.
No experience is necessary and a GED or high school diploma is required. This cohort is not open to the general public and only referred through McAuley Village.
Program dates: February 27 - May 9, 2024
