Direct Deposit

If yes:

Refer to steps 2, 3, 4, and/or 5.


If no:

  1. Complete this TeamDynamix form to request Multi-factor Authentication (DUO)
  2. Follow the prompts to log in using your credentials
  3. Complete the form entirely
  4. You will receive instructions to finalize set-up of DUO
You are paid through both the state and internal payrolls and due to State processes must change your direct deposit separately for each:
  1. For the Internal Payroll change, you can do so in Banner Self Service, click here to do so (instructions to use Banner Self Service may be found here).
  2. For the State Payroll change, go to Paystub RI. In the left menu under forms, select the "Employee Direct Deposit Form" and follow the instructions found there. 

    Note: The direct deposit form asks for "Payroll Account Number" and "Employee ID," which is found at the very top of the employee's State of RI Paystub.

For an Internal Payroll change, you can do so in Banner Self Service, click here to do so.

For State Payroll changes, go to Paystub RI. In the left menu under forms select the "Employee Direct Deposit Form" and follow the instructions found there. 

Note: The direct deposit form asks for "Payroll Account Number" and "Employee ID," which is found at the very top of the employee's State of RI Paystub.
