Avoid the Drop for Nonpayment

Summer 2020

To protect your classes from being dropped for nonpayment, you must adhere to the following schedule:

Please note that your due date is based on the date you registered for summer 1 or summer 2 classes. If you have not paid your balance/bill in full by your due date your courses will be dropped regardless of the session that you are enrolled for.

Note:  The 5/15/2020 drop for non-payment has been extended to 5/29/2020.

If you registered from: Your bill is due: Courses will be dropped on:
April 13 to April 21, 2020 May 8, 2020 May 29, 2020 at 11 p.m.
April 22 to April 28, 2020 May 8, 2020 May 29, 2020 at 11 p.m.
April 29 to May 12, 2020 May 22, 2020 May 29, 2020 at 11 p.m.
May 13 to May 26, 2020 June 5, 2020 June 12, 2020 at 11 p.m.
May 27 to June 9, 2020 June 19, 2020 June 26, 2020 at 11 p.m.
After June 9, 2020 Due Upon Registration July 7, 2020 at 11 p.m.
Please note: A final drop for nonpayment will occur on July 7, 2020 for any other unpaid registrations not previously dropped.    

CCRI offers many options to help you pay your tuition on time:

Students who have had their schedule dropped must re-enroll and be prepared to pay tuition and fees in full at the time of registration.

Important Information for Unemployment and Senior Citizen Waivers

Students wishing to use their unemployment or senior citizen waiver as payment may register for classes starting Wednesday, May 13, 2020 for session 1 and Thursday, June 25, 2020 for session 2. Anyone using a waiver must submit all paperwork and pay their fees at the time of registration or their courses will be dropped per the above schedule. This policy will be strictly enforced. 

Note: Waivers do not cover the cost of books.
