Avoid the Drop for Nonpayment - Spring

Winter Session

To protect your classes from being dropped for nonpayment, you must adhere to the following schedule:

If you registered from: Your bill is due: Courses will be dropped on:
November 10 - December 8, 2025 December 16, 2025 12/17/2025 at 11pm
December  9 - December 30, 2025 Payment is Due Upon Registration 1/5/2026 at 11pm
Final drop for nonpayment is for any unpaid registrations not previously dropped.   1/5/2026 at 11pm

If you have not made payment arrangements to satisfy your bill in full by your billing due date, your schedule will be dropped. Scheduled drop dates are posted above.

If you have changed your schedule since you paid your first bill and still have a current balance, you must make payment arrangements to avoid your schedule from being dropped.

CCRI offers many options to help you pay your tuition on time:

Students who have had their schedule dropped must re-enroll and be prepared to pay tuition and fees in full at the time of registration.

Important Information for Unemployment and Senior Citizen Waivers

Students wishing to use their unemployment or senior citizen waiver as payment may register for classes starting December 26, 2025. Anyone using a waiver must submit all paperwork and pay their fees at the time of registration or their courses will be dropped per the above schedule.

Spring 2026 Full Term and 1st 7-Week Session

December 16, 2025 - December 29, 2025 January 7, 2026 January 14, 2026 at 11pm
December 30, 2025 - January 12, 2026 January 20, 2026 February 3, 2026 at 11pm
January 13, 2026 - January 26, 2026 Payment is Due Upon Registration February 3, 2026 at 11pm
