1. Deactivate Current Card
If your KnightCard is lost or stolen, you can immediately deactivate the card by using
the TouchNet OneCard App or KnightCard+ OneWeb. However if you would like you can report it by calling one of our Campus Stores. We
can deactivate your card right away and prevent anyone from using your Knight Dollars.
Note: Once a KnightCard is reported as lost or stolen and a new card is created, we
cannot reactivate the old card.
2. Get New KnightCard
Once you have successfully deactivated your lost or stolen card, please visit the
campus store during regular business hours to get your new KnightCard.
•Please note that you will need to bring a valid government-issued photo identification
and be prepared to pay the applicable fee.
•If your KnightCard was stolen, you may receive a replacement card without having
to pay the related fee by providing a police report or the police officer's name and
case report number to the KnightCard office via email at [email protected].
