Academic Assessment at CCRI

You can find training information, key deadlines, and where to go for more information here. Programs will track their assessment plans and report findings as part of the Annual Academic Program Report in our SharePoint site. On that site you'll find the template, instructions, and past years' reports.

Fall Assessment Workshops

We're offering fall workshops for any faculty members interested in learning more about the assessment process, techniques, and the use of data for course and program improvement. Once you register, you'll receive a calendar invitation with the Zoom link and/or room information.

Into the Weeds with CIM

If you plan to propose or revise courses, certificates, or programs in
the next two years, attend this workshop to understand the Curriculum
Inventory Management (CIM) platform, discuss common problems,
and learn tips on how to integrate assessment planning and prepare thorough and error-free proposals.

Aligning Assignments to Outcomes

This workshop guides faculty in aligning course assignments with
student learning outcomes to ensure meaningful assessment and
improve instructional effectiveness.

Introduction to Assessment and Academic Program Review

This workshop introduces the fundamentals of assessment and
academic program review, helping faculty understand their purpose,
key components, and how they support continuous improvement.
