Pathway Navigators

Pathway Navigators are full-time CCRI faculty who have chosen to dedicate a portion of their time to the Academic and Career Paths. In addition to teaching in their home departments, Pathway Navigators work toward the full integration of guided pathways at the college.

What We Do

Pathway Navigators play an integral role in advancing CCRI's guided pathways model. These experienced faculty members bring a wealth of knowledge from their respective academic disciplines to provide focused support for students within their designated Academic and Career Paths.

Through consistent communication and collaboration with academic departments, Pathway Navigators ensure that guided pathways initiatives are fully integrated into the fabric of the institution, creating a seamless and supportive environment that empowers students to thrive academically and prepare for rewarding careers.
