This program is sponsored by Bally’s and trains students to begin a career as table games dealers in the casino industry. Graduates that complete this program can expect careers as blackjack dealers. Students can also expect to learn a wide array of skills including customer service, conflictresolution, gaming etiquette, card handling, cheque breakdowns, currency handling and preparation for live auditioning and licensing.

Applicants must pass a criminal background check, possess strong customer service and basic math skills, and be able to work in a casino environment. Casino conditions include noise, smoke, and odors.

Program Information:

When: January 19, 2026, Monday – Thursday, 3:00 - 7:00 pm An additional Friday session each week is optional for extra practice or to make up time. 

Where: CCRI, Flanagan Campus (Lincoln), 1762 Louisquisset Pike, Lincoln, RI

Cost: FREE for qualified participants!
