After-School High School Math Readiness Program
What
A FREE 10-week, after-school program for high school juniors and seniors to prepare for credit bearing math courses at CCRI. The ACCUPLACER placement exam will be administered prior to and after the course. Fees will be waived. The program is intended to provide students access to CCRI courses that are grade-bearing, transcripted, and/or transferable credits.
Why
Many students are ineligible to take college-level courses because they do not meet the required ACCUPLACER scores in reading, writing, and math. This program will provide students with focused instruction in reading, writing, and math to assist with college-level readiness.

Tutoring Center
CCRI employs professional tutors and peer tutors who have been recommended by CCRI faculty to provide tutoring for their courses. Tutors can help you learn more effectively and efficiently in your classes.
