Course Placement
Course placement is an important step to ensure you're taking the right classes for your knowledge and skill level. CCRI uses a multiple measures approach to determine which courses will be the best starting place for you. Learn more by reviewing the information below.
English Placement
Students should be placed into appropriate English courses based on the following multiple measures. High school (HS) GPA is the first measure, and the ones that follow are considered in the order they are provided below. HS GPA can be self-reported or through transcript verification.
