Phlebotomy Certificate Program with a Spring/January 2025 Class Start
The online Performance-Based Health Science application period for the Phlebotomy certificate program will be open during the month of November. Applications submitted throughout the month of November are treated the same regardless of submission date.
FEBRUARY 2025 APPLICATION PERIOD
Health Science programs with a Summer & Fall 2025 class start
The online Performance-Based Health Science application period will be open on Saturday, February 1, and conclude on Friday, February 28, 2025, for programs with a summer and fall 2025 class start. Applications submitted throughout the month of February are treated the same regardless of submission date.

Nursing Associate Degree program with a Fall 2025 class start
The online Performance-Based Health Science application period will be open on Saturday, February 1, and conclude on Monday, March 31, 2025, for the Nursing Associate Degree Program with a fall 2025 class start. Applications submitted throughout the month of February and March are treated the same regardless of submission date.

FOR CURRENT CCRI STUDENTS:
The Health Sciences programs have a competitive two-step admissions process requiring successful completion of program requirements before you can submit your PBHS application.
Before applying, check your eligibility to apply status to make sure all requirements have been met and recorded in the PBHS Pre-Admission Points/Status in MyCCRI. When all requirements have been met, you will be eligible to apply to a program.
