DSS Registered Students Request Semester Accommodation Letters
Students have access to their own portal through Single-Sign-On (SSO) to renew approved accommodations at the beginning of each semester. You will need access to your CCRI credentials to login.
Select Accommodations in the left menu
Select Semester Request
Select Add New
Choose the current semester from the drop-down menu. Your classes populate on the right side of the page.
At this point you click “Submit all Accommodations” on the right and then you are all set and A DSS Coordinator will review your request and your faculty will be notified of a new accommodation letter.
Click Review the Renewal. This will show each accommodation you have been approved for and this semester’s classes. Each accommodation will have all your classes listed and selected below it.
Review each accommodation and determine if you’d like to use that accommodation in all your classes or if you don’t need that accommodation for some classes. For example, you don’t need a calculator in an English class.
- In that case, you can deselect, or uncheck, the box next to that class. And that faculty member will not be notified of that accommodation.
After you have reviewed the renewal select Submit. Now you can see the requests that have been submitted.
A DSS Coordinator will review your request and your faculty will be notified of a new accommodation letter.
