Federal Work Study (FCWS) and CCRI Student Help (STUH)

Federal Work Study

Federal Work Study is one of the Title IV federal financial aid programs. It is awarded to students based on their demonstrated financial need using information from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Federal Work Study positions can be found in nearly every office on campus, as well as in CCRI recreational facilities, libraries, and approved off-campus locations. Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress in order to be eligible. This means that you must follow the standards of academic progress as outlined on the Financial Aid website. Students must maintain enrollment throughout the semester to remain eligible to remain on Federal Work Study.

Federal College Work Study students are funded to work 10 hours per week with a maximum of 15 hours per week.

Federal College Work Study students must be enrolled in at least 6 credits.

CCRI Student Help

This employment program is funded 100% by the college. Students must maintain enrollment throughout the semester to remain eligible to remain on Student Help.
