The New Staff Orientation and Onboarding (NSO) program is a structured process that helps new CCRI staff employees become acclimated to their roles, the college culture, and their responsibilities. It is essential for setting a positive tone from the first day and ensuring that new hires have the resources and support they need to be successful.
Below you will find an outline of information to help new hires be successful in their role, starting Day 1 through Year 1. Managers are encouraged to work with their new employees to complete the focus areas.
