KnightCard+ Resources and Information

The KnightCard+ is the official Community College of Rhode Island ID for students, faculty, and staff members. A KnightCard+ is an important thing to have anytime students and staff members come to campus. 

Getting a Knightcard+ is simple. Students can come to the Knight Campus during store hours to have their photo taken and a card will be printed on the spot.

Students may also opt to have a new ID held for pick up at their preferred campus. Its as easy as 1-2-3!

TouchNet OneCard Will Sunset

The legacy TouchNet OneCard mobile app will sunset on 6/30/24 and students will no longer be able to access the app after that date. All students will need to migrate to the new 360u mobile app prior to 6/30/24. To migrate to the new app, please follow these steps (NOTE: If you currently use the 360u mobile app, no action is required):

1. In the legacy TouchNet OneCard app, navigate to User Preferences
2. Select UNREGISTER DEVICE (Note: If this step is not done first, students will get a “cannot login device is currently registered” when attempting to login to 360u)
3. Delete the Legacy TouchNet OneCard app from your device
4. Go to your device app store and download the TouchNet 360u mobile app
5. Open the app and search for CCRI
6. Login and begin using the 360u app
