The Lady Knights reached the NJCAA Division I National Championship in 2009, when they finished the season with a 17-3 record. The team won the national championship in 2002 and finished as runner-up in 2003. Since its first season in 1994, the team has compiled a 286-91-15 record, including 17 Region XXI championships. The CCRI women’s soccer program has produced many All-Americans, All-District and All-Region players. In addition to recognition in their sport, team members are also recognized for their academic success more frequently than any other CCRI athletic team.
