Knights Fly to No. 5 in Last NJCAA Poll of 2019!

CCRI Men's Basketball

Warwick, R.I. – February 27, 2019: The CCRI Knights men's basketball team has moved to No. 5 on the NJCAA Division III national rankings. This is the highest ranking for the CCRI men's basketball team of the season and an improvement on last week's No. 6 ranking.

The Knights finished the 2018-19 regular season with an overall record of 27-3 whilst amassing a 24-2 record in Region XXI play. This week saw only one contest when CCRI faced off with Quincy College and won 118-75.

This is the program's highest ranking since the 2012 season where they reached as high as No. 3 in the nation and finished as runner-up's in the National Tournament. The Knights go into the postseason with a 17-game winning streak and seeded No. 1 in the Region XXI Tournament.
