• Workforce Re-Entry Initiative RI - This RIDOC-run career website seeks to connect justice-involved individuals in need of employment with Rhode Island employers in need of qualified candidates.   
• Center for Health & Justice Transformation - The center strives to engaging a variety of stakeholders in Rhode Island to develop a statewide goal and media campaign to encourage local employers to engage in fair chance hiring practices.
