Non-credit opportunities to acquire foundational academic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and the English language.
Basic English classes for people whose primary language is not English.
CCRI offers a College Readiness/ Dual Enrollment for learners without a high school credential. This class enables a student to obtain the education they need to secure a good paying job to support themselves and their families.
These classes are designed to help you make progress toward passing the GED® exams; if you are more prepared and attend classes and complete homework, the likelihood you will pass the tests increases.
CCRI hosts two state approved testing sites where individuals can take the GED® (General Education Development) exam in order to achieve a high school equivalency diploma.
The Center for Workforce and Community Education (CWCE) partners with five adult education programs providing transition or bridge to college and career programs for nontraditional adult students returning to academic life.
