College and community events are held campus-wide on any of our four multipurpose campuses. Classrooms and event spaces can be reserved by contacting the Facilities Administration Office at 401-825-2015. Once a date, time and venue have been scheduled with college facilities, an Event 'Technology' Request Form and venue template can be downloaded and completed. Submittals are required at least two weeks in advance of an event.
Walk-through orientations can be arranged for events requiring multimedia projection, microphone and audio setup, venue recording and audience participation systems. Venue templates are available for AV setup and space utilization markup. Notification of event setup modifications is required 24 hours in advance.
It is highly recommended that any media to be used during the event be delivered to (IT) Classroom Technology & Media Services department at least two days prior to the event to ensure compatibility with college systems. The chart below lists the universal media data-file types:

Confirmations of event technology reservations will be sent to the originator of the request. Questions concerning scheduled community events should be directed to the Facilities Use Coordinator.
We strongly encourage community groups to get oriented with the equipment and the presentation space. It is recommended that community groups provide their own AV technician to support their entire event.
