Please Note: Student's with any outstanding obligations to the College (including, but not limited to, outstanding balance, a bookstore obligation, a library obligation, an athletics obligation, etc.) will not be provided with a transcript until the obligation is satisfied. This includes student copies, unofficial transcripts, original diplomas and duplicate diplomas as well.
Official transcripts are available online for a minimal charge. This service is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. It is the quickest and most convenient way to order a transcript. Transcripts ordered online are generally mailed within 1-2 business days.
The Community College of Rhode Island and Credentials Inc. have partnered to accept
transcript orders over the Internet. Please click on the checkmark below to enter

Credentials Inc. at 800-646-1858 to place your transcript request. There is an additional
operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone.

Official transcripts that are requested directly through CCRI by mail or fax are now available free of charge - there is a limit of 5 transcripts per request. The following form, that you can download, print out, and complete, is required in order to request a transcript directly from CCRI by mail or fax:
Transcripts requested by mail or fax typically take 5 to 7 working days to process, unless the student is having the transcript held for final grades or degree posting. (How to view your grades using MyCCRI.)

Each time a person wishes to obtain a transcript, he/she can come to any of the 4 main campuses (located in Warwick, Lincoln, Providence or Newport) during regular office hours . The person needs to bring a picture ID. Official transcripts that are requested in person are now available free of charge - there is a limit of 5 transcripts per request. Any request of more than 5 transcripts may take 5-7 business days to process.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY E-MAIL due to the requirement of the student signature certifying release of protected information.
