Technology Reservations for In-Classroom Use

Reservations for equipment can be made by completing the on-line Equipment Request Form. Please check our Technology in the Classrooms webpage to view equipment available in each classroom.

Please make equipment and services requests 24 hours in advance. Due to the high volume of usage, requests are honored on a first come, first served basis. Faculty are encouraged to make requests as soon as possible before the beginning of each semester. Cancellation of equipment reservations are appreciated when your class is cancelled or when the equipment is no longer needed.

Students who would like to use technology for classroom presentations should speak with their instructor to place an online Equipment Request Form on the student's behalf. Directions and video demonstrations are available on the Guides & Tutorials webpage.

Arrangements can be made for students to schedule a technology equipped room such as the Collaborative Technology Suite at the Flanagan campus for individual or group project preparation. Call 333-7081 to reserve time and space.
