Basic Rider Course Duplicate Certificate for Licensing
You must apply for your permit at the DMV within six months of receiving your certificate of completion from our Basic Rider Licensing class. If you lose it or it gets damaged you can get a duplicate certificate pending the following:
- The fee, paid online is $60.00 for a duplicate certificate
- If certificate of completion expired, and it is still within one year from your graduation date you will need to take a riding skills retest included in the $60.00 fee.
- After 12 months, you must retake the entire course.
