PLEASE NOTE: The online (old) Equipment Request Form has been integrating into the new Help Desk ticketing system, TeamDynamix. To submit IT/AV needs for classes, meetings, and events:
Step 1: Visit the IT HelpDesk Portal or scroll down to the bottom of any CCRI home page and click on the "IT HelpDesk" link.
Step 2: Sign into the portal (top right corner)
Step 3: Click on “Submit IT Request.”
Step 4: Choose the category “Classroom & AV/Media Services”.
Step 5: Select the desired service request.

Step 6: Click the “Request Service” button to access, complete and submit the form.
CCRI faculty and staff can reserve classroom technologies by completing the form below. Please be advised:
All reservations are honored on a first-come, first-serve basis. Last minute requests cannot always be serviced. Necessary equipment, staff and/or set-up time may not be available on short notice. All requests must be submitted as far in advance as possible; at least two (2) business days. Requests that are submitted on Friday afternoon and/or during the weekend and/or observed holidays will be processed the following business day.
When stating the "start time" of a request, note the scheduled start time of the class to avoid cancellations or conflicts. Requested items are delivered/retrieved within the 15 minute window between classes.
Please respond to the confirmation email in regards to any changes and/or cancellations in the request. Please review the Equipment Loan Policies for details regarding reservations, usage and terms.
