The body of the uterus is caudal and medial to the two uterine horns, and cranial to the cervix in the cat.  Humans do not have uterine horns.  The body makes up the major portion of the uterus.  It is found inferior to the entrance of the uterine tubes (fallopian tubes, oviducts).  Further inferiorly it narrows to be continuous with the cervix.
