To register for any CCRI Workforce course, please print and complete the registration form, linked at right. Directions for how to return the registration form in person, via fax, or mail are listed below.
You may register for any courses in person at the Lincoln, Warwick, or Providence CCRI Workforce offices, see hours and locations at right. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
Mail the registration form with a check or money order, or provide credit card information for the appropriate amount. You should never mail cash. Make checks and money orders payable to CCRI. Mail to: CCRI, Division of Workforce Partnerships, 1762 Louisquisset Pike, Lincoln, RI 02865-4585
Complete the registration form and include your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card and fax it to the CCRI Workforce office in Lincoln at 401.333.7237.
Students will receive an e-mail notification confirming their registration within two days if a legible, valid e-mail address is provided on this form. If you do not receive notification, you can call a CCRI Workforce office to confirm your registration. It is necessary for you to provide all required information, except those fields noted as "optional."
CCRI Workforce will cancel courses that do not meet minimum enrollment standards. Any student affected by a cancellation will be notified and eligible to transfer to another available course or receive a refund in full.
Course fees are payable at the time of registration. A $5 non-refundable registration fee is applicable to each CCRI Workforce course (NOT applicable to tests or pre-test sessions). CCRI is a state-supported agency; therefore, tuition and fees are subject to change at any time.

Several of our career training programs are approved for the use of VA educational benefits, check the Information for Veterans site for information about using your benefits at CCRI.
Students must provide at least 48-hours notice prior to the start of a course in order to be eligible for a refund. Without proper notice or documented medical excuse, students will be required to re-register and pay. No partial refunds of tuition are made under any circumstances. Books and materials may be non-refundable depending on the course. Students are eligible for a refund in full if the course has been cancelled by CCRI Workforce.
For classroom assignments, please check the digital kiosks or for signs posted by the CCRI Workforce offices.
