As co-chairs of the CCRI Presidential Inauguration Committee, it is our pleasure to cordially invite you to join the CCRI community as we celebrate the inauguration of the College’s fourth president, Ray M. Di Pasquale, during the week of March 19 – 23, 2007.

As President Di Pasquale reminded us when we began planning the inauguration, this is not only a celebration of his new tenure as President, but it is also one of celebrating the nearly 43 years of CCRI's history, dedicated to providing an essential education to all students who have entered its doors.

As you will read on the website, the committee has planned a variety of festive events in tribute to our new president and the college, focused on the theme of “Changing Lives, Achieving Dreams.” We ask that you join us in honoring this historic occasion by participating in as many of the events as you can.

Whether it’s sitting in the audience to applaud the performances of students and faculty in the arts, theater and music departments; rolling up your sleeves to help area non-profits as part of Community Service Day; or coming together in the procession and installation ceremony, this is an opportunity to showcase CCRI and for CCRI to showcase its new president.

Please join us as we celebrate this important milestone in CCRI’s history.
