We are delighted to inform you that we have received ACEN approval and are ready to launch the LPN-to-RN Option, on the website https://www.ccri.edu/dean-hrs/admissions/lpntornadmissions2019.html
you will find the Admission Guidelines, the LPN Work Requirement Form, and the three-semester Program of Study document. Acceptance into the LPN-to-RN Option is performance-based and eight (8) LPNs will be accepted each semester. The application periods are:
Pharmacology I (NURS 1061) is a pre-requisite for the LPN-to-RN Option. This 1-credit course will be offered over the course of 6 weeks after Spring Break (tentatively scheduled for 4-6:30 on 3/19, 3/26, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30).
