Is the book that you want not available from a HELIN member library? If it's a popular, non-scholarly title, check the Ocean State Libraries (OSL) Catalog. If it's available there, request it using your OSL card.
Still searching for an elusive title? If it's for a CCRI research project, you may need to request it as an Interlibrary Loan (ILL). View our ILL Policy and Procedures.
The CCRI Library is a member of the Higher Education Library Information Network (HELIN) Consortium.
The Library Catalog includes titles owned by the Higher Education Library Information Network (HELIN) member libraries. You'll locate books, journals, government documents, DVDs, e-books, and more by searching the catalog.
CCRI students may borrow materials from the circulating collections of the HELIN member libraries using their CCRI library card.
You may order materials from most HELIN libraries directly from the Library Catalog. You will need your library card to complete this transaction. Some materials may not circulate.
Materials that are not available at the HELIN or Ocean State libraries may be ordered through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). You must allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of ILLs. See our ILL Policy for further details. If you need assistance, please see a Reference Librarian.
