Web Workshop Wednesdays
CCRI CMS Content Managers join Web Services for " Web Workshop Wednesdays ."
Every Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., we will hold an open workshop for CCRI Content Managers who are using the new Content Management System to maintain their departmental websites.
Here are the details:
- Every Wednesday
- 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
- IT Conference Room, Knight Campus (Room #2076)
- 6 Wireless laptops will be available (or bring your own*)
- Either Sara or Jim will be available to answer questions, etc.
*The room may be able to accommodate one or two more people but,
we will not be able to supply a laptop beyond 6 people so, if you have a wireless laptop, it might be a good
idea to bring it, just in case you're the 7th person to arrive
and all 6 laptops are already spoken-for. No special software is needed to work in the Content Management System but you will need to have the Firefox 3.6 browser installed.
Please Note: This is not meant to replace the initial CMS training session. You should only attend if you have already been trained on the CMS by either Sara or Jim in a one-on-one or group session. For more information, write to: webservices@ccri.edu.
