Where can I print?

You can print at all four campuses, at either the Academic Computer Lab or the Library.

Can I print in one lab and pick my print up in another lab?

Yes, you can retrieve your print at any campus Academic Computing Lab or Library mulit-fucntional device (MFD).

How do I print from my mobile device?

Students, faculty and staff can print from any Wi-Fi enabled device using PaperCut's mobile printing.

How do I print from Academic Computer Labs or Library machines?

To print, you will need your CCRI ID card or username and password.

From the computer you have signed into print to the FollowMe printer queue.

On the Ricoh MFD, locate the reader and tap your CCRI ID card.

From the menu tap the Print Release icon. Select the individual print job to print or select "Print All" to release all print jobs inyour queue. Once you select a print job you can select "Cancel Job" to delete it.

You can then select "Back" for the previous menu or "Log Out". If you do not log out yourself, PaperCut will automatically log you out after 30 seconds. 

Do I need my CCRI ID Card in order to print?

No. You can print by logging in with your CCRI username and password, however, it is much quicker to tap your ID card.

How do I scan from the printer?

To scan, you will need your CCRI ID card or username and password.

On the Ricoh MFD device, tap the reader with your ID card or enter your CCRI username and password on the display.

From the menu select the Scan icon, then select "Scan to My Email" to have the MFD scan the document directly to your email account or select "Scan to Custom Email" to scan documents to any other email address. All scans will appear as .PDFs when emailed.

You can then select "Back" for the previous menu or "Log Out". If you do not log out yourself, PaperCut will automatically log you out after 30 seconds. 

How do I copy from the printer?

To copy, you will need your CCRI ID card or your CCRI username and password.

On the Ricoh MFD device, tap the reader with your ID card or enter your CCRI username and password on the display.

From the menu choose Device Functions, which brings you to the copier options make copies. You can then select the number of copies, double-sided, orientation, quality, etc.

When finished copying, press the Home button on the MFD device, select the PaperCut icon on the display and select Log Out on the display.

How long will my print out be retained?

Your print request will remain in the queue for 72 hours.
