Cisco Spark is a collaborative messaging tool that allows users to communicate on a one to one basis or in groups.
Any student, staff, and faculty member can sign up for Spark.
Cisco provides documentation and videos that can answer basic questions and provide advance training. See Training Resources below for topics and links.

You will be granted a limited account to Cisco Spark immediately. After 1-2 business days, you will receive an email informing you that your account has been upgraded to a full account. At that point, you will be able to log into Spark using your CCRI username and password.

Spark can run through the web browser, on PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Android devices
that meet Cisco Spark requirements. To see these requirements and/or to download Cisco
Spark, follow the link below. The download instructions are at the top of the page
and the system requirements are at the bottom.
