A message from Bill Ferland, interim director of Information Technology - Replacement of the multifunctional devices at the Flanagan, Liston and Newport County campuses has started; work at the Knight Campus will begin shortly. As a reminder, please review the following, including the additional information provided for scheduling training.
Installation: A service tech will set up each new device and members of the Information Technology Department will configure them and transfer address books. When the new device is successfully printing, scanning and copying, the old device will be removed.
Training: The interfaces for the new models are similar to the machines in place, but if training is necessary, please send an email and a member of the Ricoh team will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Thank you for your patience as we go through this process.
