The IT Help Desk will provide support for standardized, campus-wide hardware. See http://ccri.edu/it/helpdesk/hardware.html for a list of supported hardware. Limited support is provided for printers and scanners connected to the computers. The support provided will be getting the printer or scanned installed and running on the computer. We do not perform hardware maintenance on printers and scanners. Printer maintenance is provided CCRI approved printer support vendor for out of warranty laser printers.
