Media Services - Equipment Request Form

CCRI faculty and staff can reserve classroom technologies by completing the form below. Please make requests as far in advance as possible; at least two business days. Requests that are submitted on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be processed the following business day. All reservations are honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please Note: Last-minute requests cannot always be served. Necessary equipment, staff, and/or set-up time may not be available on short notice. Please review the Equipment Loan Policies for details regarding reservations, usage and terms.

Coming Soon: Cisco Spark will be used in the place of Skype and Spark's associated hardware will be used to upgrade CCRI's video conference rooms to support self-service.

Cisco Spark is a collaborative messaging tool that allows users to communicate on a one to one basis or in groups. Securely send messages, share files, and meet face-to-face with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
