Entering Mid Term Grades in MyCCRI

All mid term grading is done within MyCCRI. You must log in to your MyCCRI account in order to access this function. If you are not sure of your MyCCRI username and/or password, please contact the Help Desk at 825-1112.

Instructions and Screenshots
Step 1

Log in to your MyCCRI account and click on the For Faculty tab to access the Faculty Grade Assignment Channel

To edit the Faculty Grade Assignment channel settings, click on the Edit button in the upper right hand corner of the channel. In the From Term pull-down list, select the appropriate term, Available Views should be set to Midterm and Final, and Default View set to Midterm, click Apply then click the Back button to return to Faculty Grade Assignment.

In the From Term pull-down list, select the appropriate term, Available Views should be set to Midterm and Final, and Default View set to Midterm, click Apply then click the Back button to return to Faculty Grade Assignment.

Step 4
To enter your mid term grades, click on the grades not started icon which indicates that grade entry has not been started. You will then be taken to the Faculty Mid-Term Grade Worksheet. Enter your grades and then click the Submit button.

The grades entered i con indicates that grades have been entered and that they have been rolled academic history.

NOTE: If you a student who has been assigned Not Gradable for withdrawing, the icon next to the course may indicate Grades started but not completed even though the grades have been successfully submitted.
