Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging into the MyCCRI Portal please make sure that you either disable pop-up blockers or you add the following url's to your pop-up block exception list:

  • live.ccri.edu
  • myccri.ccri.edu
  • www.ccri.edu

Here's how...

For Internet Explorer:
  1. Click on Tools from the Menu Bar or Tools on the Command Bar
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Click on the Privacy tab
  4. Go down to the "Pop-up" Blocker Section
  5. Click Settings
  6. Type the 'live.ccri.edu' (without the quotes) into the "Address of website to allow" box
  7. Click the [Add] button
  8. Type the 'www.ccri.edu' (without the quotes) into the "Address of website to allow" box
  9. Click the [Add] button
  10. Type the 'myccri.ccri.edu' (without the quotes) into the "Address of website to allow" box
  11. Click the [Add] button
  12. Click [Close]
  13. Click [Ok]
  14. Logon
For FireFox:
  1. Click on Tools from the Menu Bar
  2. Select "Options"
  3. Click on the "Content" option
  4. Click the [Exceptions...] button to the left of "Block pop-up windows" checkbox.
  5. Type the 'live.ccri.edu' (without the quotes) into the "Address of website" box
  6. Click the [Allow] button
  7. Type the 'www.ccri.edu' (without the quotes) into the "Address of website" box
  8. Click the [Allow] button
  9. Type the 'myccri.ccri.edu' (without the quotes) into the "Address of website" box
  10. Click the [Allow] button
  11. Click [Close]
  12. Click [Ok]
  13. Logon

Students only!

Important: The Knight Account is simply a new account that the college has issued you. This account is what you will use to log in to most of the web services (MyCCRI and Blackboard) and to computers in the Labs and Library.

Please Note:

  • Your new email account can be accessed in MyCCRI.
  • Your Knight Account username is the same as your MyCCRI username.
  • Do not use your new email address as a username.
  • If your MyCCRI username is 'jsmith' your Knight Account username is 'jsmith' and your new email address is 'jsmith@my.ccri.edu'.
