Step 1 Power Button: Use this button to turn the power on and off.
Step 2 Channel Up/Down Buttons: These buttons change the channel on the television. The channel MUST BE SET TO 3 to view a video tape on the VCR.
Step 3 Volume Up/Down Buttons: Use these buttons to raise or lower the volume.
Step 4 Menu Options: Please contact the Help Desk at x1112 about making any adjustments to the the menu options, including activating/deactivating the closed-captioning device.
