Scheduling in Classrooms with Technology
If you need to be scheduled in an electronic classroom or classroom with fixed equipment ( a computer and projector) for the semester, it is important to notify your department chairperson as the master schedule is being developed. The department chairperson will then submit your requirements to Enrollment Services, who will code sections to be placed into appropriate rooms.
Rooms for the Spring 2010 schedule have been assigned using Schedule 25, a room scheduling software, as outlined by Vice Presidents Morgan and Shea at the October 20, 2009 Department Chair Meeting. Requests to change rooms must be submitted to your Department Chair and Academic Dean for approval. The Office of Enrollment Services is unable to accept any requests without Academic Dean approval.
