Playing a Music CD Using the PC
In classrooms with PCs you can use the PC to play a music CD.
- Turn on the PC.
- Insert the CD into the CD drive on the computer.
- Windows Media Player should launch automatically. If it does not, double-click on the shortcut to My Computer on the desktop. Double-click on the icon for the CD drive, then click on the track that you wish to play to open it in Windows Media Player.
- Select the Play button in Windows Media Player to play the CD. Use the Stop button to stop the CD.
- Use the volume controls on the PC speakers to raise or lower the volume.
