Step 1

Open Exchange /Outlook.

Select Tools from the menu and then Account Settings.

Step 2

From the E-Mail tab, select New.

Step 3

From Add New E-Mail Account, select Microsoft Exchange, Pop3, Imap or HTTP and then click Next.

Step 4

From Auto Account Setup, click in the box in front of Manually configure server settings or additional server types to select it and then click Next.

Step 5

From Choose E-Mail Server, make sure that Internet E-Mail is selected and then click Next.

Step 6

1. From Internet E-mail Settings complete the User Information with your username and email address.
2. Under Server Information, change the Account Type: from Pop3 to IMAP by clicking on the down arrow. For the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers type in mail.ccri.edu.
3. Under Login Information enter your username and password for MyCCRI, click in the box in front of Remember Password and then click Next and Finish.
