Parental Leave
CCRI provides parental leaves of absence without pay to eligible employees who require additional time off from work duties after expending all accrued sick and/or vacation time depending upon their bargaining unit. Classified and Non-Classified employees may request a six-month leave of absence, which may be renewed for an additional six months with the approval of the Director of Human Resources. Faculty may request a parental leave without pay for up to two full semesters.
