The Guided Pathways model provides structured pedagogy, processes and support that assist students from entry through completion of degrees and transfers programs.  Research shows that this approach helps students reach their goals faster and with better completion than a traditional "cafeteria style" approach to course selection.

Colleges that are using the Guided Pathways model are seeing an increase in degrees and certificate completion ranging from 40% or higher. As most community colleges have completion rates in the teens, this improvement is extraordinary.  Research demonstrates that students in such models are more successful in achieving their goals.
