PURPOSE : To provide financial support to students of meritorious standing who are entering and/or have completed one year at CCRI. Students should possess leadership skills and be involved in student-run organizations such as SkillsUSA either at the high school or college level. Students are eligible in any career and technical area of study: administrative office technology, allied health, business administration, computer studies, engineering and technology, industrial technology, nursing or general programs.

Andre Antranig Martiesian Memorial Scholarship

PURPOSE: To provide financial assistance to a CCRI continuing student with at least 30 credits majoring in Business Administration, Criminal Justice and Legal Studies, or General Studies. Students must have financial need as well as maintaining a 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to a student of Armenian decent; second preference is for a student who has immigrated to the United States and has become a citizen.

Society of Governmental Accountants and Auditors (SOGAA)

PURPOSE : To award an incoming student OR a current student who has completed one year at CCRI and is continuing his/her studies here. Preference will be given to students who are taking accounting courses as part of their curriculum

PURPOSE: To provide financial support to a CCRI Business Administration Department graduating student with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or better who is transferring to a 4-year college/university. First preference is given to a student who is transferring to Bryant University. Students must supply a letter of acceptance from the 4-year institution.

  • have completed their first year at the Community College of Rhode Island
  • have financial need
  • be enrolled in one of these CCRI programs: Business Administration, Engineering or Industrial Technology
