CCRI Alumni Association Book Award
Fall Deadline: August 19
Spring Deadline: December 9
PURPOSE: Full-time students that demonstrate financial need and have a minimum GPA of 2.8 may apply. Students are required to use any Pell Grant funding before they are able to use the Book Award money.
Leonard DiLorenzo Book Scholarship for Nursing Students
Deadline: August 15
PURPOSE: To provide financial support to a full-time student who has been accepted in the Nursing program at CCRI and has a GPA of at least 3.5. Students must demonstrate financial need.
President Thomas D. Sepe Book Scholarship
Deadline: December 15
PURPOSE : To provide financial assistance to a current CCRI student after completion of at least one College Success or Student Success course with a grade of ‘C’ or better. Student must exhibit a significant increase in understanding the key concepts taught in the course and make the most significant progress in the use of the course content in becoming an effective student. This scholarship recipient will be a student who has exercised the greatest level of personal responsibility for his or her own behavior in meeting deadlines and completion of tasks associated with becoming an effective learner, showing the greatest potential for continued development as a CCRI student.
Underhill Dental Hygiene Book Award
Deadline: April 1
PURPOSE: To provide assistance to students purchasing books who are entering their second year in the Dental Hygiene program. Preference will be given to students based upon academic performance as well as financial need.
